Welcome to Casa di Chica, a cozy apartment nestled in the green hills of Gattaiola, a charming hamlet of Lucca. The location is truly strategic: just minutes from the Lucca Ovest highway exit and the historic center, yet surrounded by the peace and beauty of the Tuscan countryside. The property is in a small, quiet village with other houses nearby, ensuring both privacy and tranquility. The atmosphere is serene—perfect for those seeking relaxation close to Lucca’s attractions.
The apartment is on the ground floor, recently renovated and slightly elevated above ground level, making it always dry and bright. It offers an open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, gas stove), a comfortable new double sofa bed and TV, fast Wi-Fi, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, and a spacious bathroom with shower, bidet, and washing machine.
The home is thoughtfully furnished and features both radiator heating and air conditioning (two units, in the living room and bedroom). Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment with a private entrance, a private parking space (with room for two cars), and a reserved outdoor area with a wooden picnic table—ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco.
One pet is allowed, available for an extra charge. A crib and high chair are available on request, for an extra charge. Please inform us in advance if needed.
