Apartment of about 100 square meters. raised ground floor with private garden of about 250 sq m located in a residential area 3.5 km from the historic center of Lucca. The apartment has an entrance hall, kitchen, large living room, double bedroom, twin bedroom and two bathrooms. Completely renovated recently and equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning in all rooms. Free parking adjacent to the garden. Shuttle to the historic center 250 meters away. Very close to the Serchio river park.

Unfortunately we only stayed here for 3 nights- wish it could have been longer!
The property is beautiful, immaculately clean and in a nice quiet residential location, perfect for visiting Lucca, Pisa and the wider area.
Fabrizio was a great host and spent time showing us around the property. Communication was excellent throughout, and he really has thought of everything. The bottled water on arrival was very welcome as was the Chianti!

We had an amazing time staying in this newly renovated spacious apartment. It's only 5 minutes from the city walls, it's so peaceful and quiet but yet everything is so close (Lidl and Conad are literally one minute away, easy to pick up all the stuff you need). We absolutely loved how the apartment is arranged, immensely comfortable beds, soft bedding and towels, all the little details. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, water in the fridge, and coffee. That was such a nice touch of our host. Highly recommended!!! We would definitely come again and will tell all of our friends about our stay.
Pisa, Viareggio and other cities are such an easy drive from here to explore as well.
