Optional April Sound Country Club Access...guests may purchase temporary access to April Sound Country Club, including golf, pool tennis, fitness center, and clubhouse dining. Please contact us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you're interested, as advanced registration is required. Club access fees are separate from your property reservation and must be paid before registration is submitted.

This home is inside the gated April Sound community. Gate access code provided in check-in instructions. April Sound club amenities (golf, community pools, restaurant) are available for an additional fee paid directly to the club.

The property is directly on Lake Conroe — please supervise children near the water and pool area at all times. Pool and hot tub are used at your own risk.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. No parties or events of any kind. Maximum occupancy of 16 guests enforced at all times. You must be 25+ to book. Exterior security cameras are present on the property (no interior cameras). A noise monitoring device is installed to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.
