This beautiful home is located right on Lake Conroe, inside a golf course community, with a stunning pool that overlooks the lake. It’s the perfect setting for family gatherings, weekend getaways, and celebrations. Fire up the large BBQ grill or griddle on the spacious patio, relax by the pool, go fishing right from the backyard, or take the kayaks out for a ride. You won’t find a better location!

Fully Stocked Kitchen
The kitchen comes equipped with all dishes, pans, cutlery, and a drip coffee maker — perfect for preparing family meals or hosting group events.
This home has been beautifully updated to create a welcoming space for more than 20 guests, whether you’re here for business travel, a family reunion, or a lakeside vacation.
GUESTS: If more than 10 guests are present, an additional fee of $35 per person, per night will apply. This charge applies to both overnight and visiting guests
Fishing: Fishing is allowed and encouraged in the backyard.
SPA:The spa is heated using electric heaters, which require a few hours to reach temperature. The water will become comfortably warm to hot, but may not reach a steaming temperature.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No loud music is allowed outside after 10 PM. Please be mindful of the many children walking and playing in the neighborhood. Drive slowly, adhere to speed limits, and exercise caution at all times.
PARKING:
Parking Rules (Strictly Enforced)
Maximum 4 vehicles may park in front of the house.
Additional vehicles must park along the road leading to the house, right side only, next to the grass median, without blocking traffic.
DO NOT park on the grass, near fire hydrants, driveways, corners, or curves, or anywhere that blocks traffic or emergency access.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING on Marina Drive road next to the house at any time.
The Marina parking lot is for boats and trailers ONLY.
Other vehicles will be ticketed and towed ($200+ fine).
HOA Enforcement
Any parking violation will result in immediate fines, towing, and suspension of gate access by the HOA.
All tickets, fines, and penalties are guest responsibility.
By staying at the property, guests agree to follow these rules. No exceptions.
CAMERAS- A security camera is installed at the front of the house overlooking the parking area, and another is located at the back with a view of the backyard and lake. These cameras are not actively monitored and are provided solely for guest safety.
BOAT AND TRAILERS. HOA and security rules prohibit guest boats or trailers inside the subdivision. You must park your boat and trailer at a nearby private boat storage or rental facility (available for a fee). After unloading, you may drive your boat to the house and dock it in the private slip located behind the property

Great home. The owner let us check in early and the house was just as advertised. The neighborhood is private so you’ll need to go through a security gate and provide a list of names for everyone staying at the house.

Stay was fantastic! we loved the property and the golf course.Lauren was very helpful helping us get checked in.The only negative is that we have difficulty with the gate guards. Our family members were stopped at the gate on the last evening of our trip even after they had previously been to the property and were previously checked in on the list. they were not let in until we made several phone calls. very frustrating after we provided names of all our members.

The house is nice and roomy for a large group. Beds are very comfortable. Location is peaceful. The AC is very good for a home this big.
The house and furniture are much older and dated than the pictures show.
The deck and back porch were very dirty and deck has several bad boards that you can’t see with the carpet.
The shower drain in the main bedroom had hair in it The second main bedroom shower/tub would fill and take 30 minutes to drain.
The oven does not seal properly so does not heat correctly.
We did make it work and had fun but everything is broken in the game room. The TVs would not hook to streaming services and no cable.
The pool was not on when we arrived and the timer was disabled so had to turn it on and off ourselves. We had to add water every day.
Each item is little but just lots of small things.
