About this house rental
This Gorgeous single family home features vaulted ceilings, spacious bedrooms, with flat screen TVs all with Netflix and full YouTube TV, three and a half large bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen with granite counter tops and appliances, two large refrigerators, a laundry room with washer and dryer, central AC throughout, ceiling fans in every room. The Maximum number of adults allowed on the property at any given time is 8.
Step outside and you will find an large outdoor covered patio with a BBQ Grill, outdoor seating and a private pool.
Beyond the large outdoor patio, you can’t help but be memorized by the open waters of beautiful Lake Conroe, just beyond.
Beyond the patio, you will find a private pool and a spacious lakefront wood deck. Walden provides 2 launch ramps as well as tennis courts, and a high end restaurant at the yacht club.
Please understand that our property is located in a quiet community in Walden and that we are quite close to our neighbors. That being said, we adhere to a strict 10pm -8am quiet hours outside of our property. Loitering in front and around the property is strictly prohibited. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, on the back deck or near the boat dock and please discard your cigarette butts immediately after. This ensures that we keep your visit free of any interruptions.
Should you violate these rules, there is a zero tolerance policy that will be executed and will result in an immediate removal from the property, without refund.
Maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 14 including children. The Maximum number of adults allowed on the property at any given time is 8.
Street parking is prohibited. The driveway is large and can accommodate any vehicles present on the property. Only park in the driveway and/or the garage at any given time.
The owners have a severe animal dander allergy and any animals brought on the property could cause owner to have a severe allergic reaction when on the property.

We just stayed at this great lake house for the weekend. We were three families with kids, and it was perfect. The house was very spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pier looks brand new, and being able to park our boat right there made it so convenient to head out on the lake. The kids had an amazing time, and so did we. We will definitely be coming back!

Such an amazing stay. Would def come here again. We have rented many lake houses and in terms of making everything easy (key code for locks instead of physical keys, TV setups being a breeze, thoughtfully provided toiletries, etc), responsiveness of owner/property management, cleanliness, kitchen and bathrooms being fully stocked, beds being comfy, clean, and with plenty of bedding, lots of closet space, fun things to do, and everything working perfectly (no plumbing or AC issues, etc), this was an A+ experience. There was no need to ask for anything. The house is lovely and well-maintained, with a balcony, a screened-in porch off the master, and an outdoor patio with a mosquito misting system. The lake is just a few steps down from the front yard. The dock has a boat lift and jet ski lifts, for those who want to bring their own. We fished off the dock all day (they have great Adirondack chairs and plenty of shade) and caught some good keepers for dinner. The lake was also fun to swim in, and our family just had a blast. We loved the board games that were so thoughtfully provided, and the coloring materials also. We generally cook everything ourselves during vacation rentals, particularly during Covid, so what’s provided in the kitchen and pantry are important to us to know ahead of time so we know what to bring and not to bring. They did not skimp on the pantry items (fully stocked with various spices, salt and pepper, sugar, vinegar, olive oil, cooking oil) and tons of pots and pans, utensils, paper plates, foil, grill items, coffee cups etc. Plenty of trash bags, dishwashing items / dishwashing pods, tissues, and toilet paper, too. Oh, and two fridges. The neighborhood is quiet / residential, and neighbors are considerate - it’s not a “party all day” environment, but rather a family friendly fun place where people take their boats out, go swimming, go fishing, go kayaking, grill out, enjoy lawn games (we have young kids, so the 10 pm - 8 am quiet hours are not an issue for us…especially the 10 pm!!). The next door houses / front lawns are close by, though, so you will see neighbors. But note that’s typical for a lot of Conroe - if your goal is total seclusion you’ll probably need to go to a different area entirely. We loved it. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to return soon!
