About this house rental
This Gorgeous single family home features vaulted ceilings, spacious bedrooms, with flat screen TVs all with Netflix and full YouTube TV, three large bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen with granite counter tops and high-end appliances, two large refrigerators, a wine captain, a laundry room with washer and dryer, central AC throughout, ceiling fans in every room. The Maximum number of adults allowed on the property at any given time is 8.
Step outside and you will find an extra-large outdoor covered patio with a huge five burner BBQ Grill, a 60” Flat Screen TV, and plenty of outdoor seating.
Beyond the large outdoor patio, you can’t help but be memorized by the crystal blue water of the sparkling pool and spa and then once more by the open waters of beautiful Lake Conroe, just beyond.
Beyond the pool, you will find a large grassy area, a spacious lakefront and a single slip dock. Walden provides 2 launch ramps as well as tennis courts, and a high end restaurant at the yacht club.
The spa is heated and can be controlled. The pool requires prior authorization to heat and a deposit to be heated.
Please understand that our property is located in a quiet community in Walden and that we are quite close to our neighbors. That being said, we adhere to a strict 10pm -8am quiet hours outside of our property. Loitering in front and around the property is strictly prohibited. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, on the back deck or near the boat dock and please discard your cigarette butts immediately after. This ensures that we keep your visit free of any interruptions.
Should you violate these rules, there is a zero tolerance policy that will be executed and will result in an immediate removal from the property, without refund.
Maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 12 including children. The Maximum number of adults allowed on the property at any given time is 8.
Street parking is prohibited. The driveway is very large and can accommodate any vehicles present on the property. Only park in the driveway and/or the garage at any given time.
The owners have a severe animal dander allergy and any animals brought on the property could cause owner to have a severe allergic reaction when on the property.

Stay was really good, location is absolutely amazing. The only suggestion I would make is to either fix up the dock (grass inclusive) or communicate that in listing that it’s not in working order and some construction started with piles in water. Outdoors hasn’t been cleaned or well maintained. Water and mold in light/fan outside etc. the life jackets etc was moldy and lucky we brought our own. But overall, great stay.

Beautiful and peaceful home. Plenty of room for everyone - we had 8 adults. The 2 king size bedrms are downstairs and the queen and 4 twins are upstairs. The pull out couch is kind of away from the rest, right by the front door. We didn't use that room. The kitchen was well stocked but still had a big empty pantry with plenty of room for our food we brought. Nice big utility room with an extra frig and room for storing coolers, etc. The pool was beautiful - we used that mostly - only went into the lake water a couple times. Lots of seating on large covered porch. The house is not on the main lake so it is quiet and calm. Many shops and restaurants just over 10 min away. We had room for 7 cars on the driveway - could have fit an 8th. The garage is not available for parking, just storage. Also it is not attached to the interior of the house. Overall it was a great stay and we'll probably be back

Very nice home with great outdoor space and a wonderful pool. Well appointed kitchen, enjoyed having 2 fridges and the outdoor grill since we cooked at home. Very comfortable furniture inside. Could have used more bath towels and a little maintenance. Many lights on property needed bulbs to be replaced, and one lower cabinet door was not attached. But nothing major and our family had a great time.
