A charming, newly renovated waterfront home offers a spectacular backyard oasis located on calm waters at Lake Conroe. Fishing, boating, swimming, and pure relaxation at your fingertips with stunning views of the lake and wildlife! Just minutes by car or boat to shopping and dining at the Boardwalk on Lake Conroe. Includes private covered boathouse for guest use!

Beautiful fully furnished kitchen, stocked for all of your culinary vacation needs, including coffee makers and temperature control electric kettle, pots and pans, dishes, assorted small appliances, serving ware, and more! Tons and fun and games with a pool table, air hockey table, card and board games, and books for kids and adults. Stunning lake views from the living room, dining room, billiard room, kitchen, and loft. Whole house water filtration system and tankless water heater. All bedrooms with memory foam king beds, two fold-out sofas with queen gel foam, lots of blankets, and pillows for a comfortable night's sleep. The Master closet stores a high chair, pack and play, changing table, and bouncer, so you don’t have to bring them.
Outside:
Striking lagoon-style pool and rim-flow spa, TV on the patio (can be turned to face pool or patio), five-burner grill and bbq tools, propane fire pit, plenty of comfortable seating, two ceiling fans to keep you cool, outdoor games, mini-fridge for your drinks or bait, coolers for drinks and snacks, Bluetooth stereo, and bug control system to keep pests and mosquitos away by the patio, pool, and dock.
Lakeside:
Picturesque views of wildlife. Covered private boat dock for guest use (bring your boat or jet ski!), two-person kayak on a low-profile floating dock for easy access and launch, fish cleaning station with running water, fishing reels and mounts, plenty of seating, and more!
Poolside:
Backyard paradise! Pool and spa, giant umbrellas for shade in and out of the pool, pool toys (floats, diving toys, etc.), lounge chairs, and beach towels - just bring your suit and get ready for fun! When it gets chilly out, the pool can be heated for an additional fee.
Conveniences:
Parking for up to four cars in the drive so you can bring the whole family. Minutes away from dining, groceries, shopping, pharmacies, activities for the family, sightseeing, and more!
There are cameras on the property (right and left gate, driveway, front door, shed, lake/pool, garage) situated to maximize privacy (none view primary sitting or living areas) for the safety and security of guests and hosts.
We have a very strict no pets policy. Pets on the property will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund.
We follow and exceed enhanced cleaning guidelines in addition to sanitizing all surfaces between guests with an electrostatic hospital-grade sanitizer.

We had a great stay. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The welcome basket with snacks and drinks in the fridge was a great surprise. Our host was on top of any questions that we had and communication was great!

Host was great with communication house was prefect for wife and myself,daughter and her husband an son and his wife with their seven month old son had a great time at my nieces wedding which was 15 min from the house good location and nice to be on lake spa was a hit for everyone

Lovely home. The host provided such thoughtful accommodations. They were quick to respond to questions. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs as well! We will definitely look to see if this place is available when we need another getaway!
