Agriturismo Corte Nogarotto

The property has a lot of potential and a pleasant concept. It has only recently opened and is run by five sisters, who were friendly and did make an effort to resolve the issues we faced. We especially appreciated being moved to an upgraded room after the first night. I genuinely wish them well as they develop the property.

We had clearly booked two separate rooms for three nights with breakfast, but on arrival only one room was initially available and we were asked if we could share for the first night. We were told Booking double booked the same room. As we were two business travellers, this was not possible. A second room was later arranged, but it was not yet fully furnished. The breakfast was also much simpler than expected, consisting mainly of packaged croissants, muffins and toast with coffee capsules. For an agriturismo stay with breakfast included, we had expected some fresh breakfast items. Housekeeping also needs more consistency. The towels were changed after the first night, but after the second night the towels were not replaced and neither the bedroom nor bathroom was cleaned. I understand that the property is new, so I hope these points are taken constructively. A little more organisation and attention to housekeeping and breakfast would make a big difference.
