About this villa rental
Welcome to our spacious villa, surrounded by a private park and a charming fenced animals area. Relax in the large solarium or enjoy our eco-friendly saltwater pool (17×7 m), perfect for families and groups.
You’ll find plenty of entertainment: children’s games, a professional tennis table, foosball, outdoor activities, a meditation area, and multiple furnished patios for dining al fresco.we have a small fitness area too behind the house .
Inside, the bright living room opens onto the garden and is decorated with colorful art and a cozy fireplace. The livig area is connected to a studio
On second floor The bridal suite features a elegant golden mosaic bathroom with a double jacuzzi, and other three double bedrooms and one bathroom ideal for two families or a larger group. Ample private parking is available.
we have also a small private art gallery in the park .
Although the villa is in a peaceful green residential area, the town center and shops are just 3 minutes away by car. Restaurants with stunning city views, tennis courts, and sports facilities are all within walking distance.
One canteen for tasting biological wine is walking distance.
The ground floor includes a spacious loft with large glass doors opening to the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, two small double bedrooms, and a large living area that can convert into an additional bedroom. There’s one bathroom inside and a second one accessible through a hallway near the pool. Perfect for families and friends traveling together.
The loft has its own private entrance and patio but can connect to the upper floors.
the ground floor can accomodate max 6 persons
The garden come to feed the plants and clean the pool if needed. We can also come to clean the pool but take very much care of the privacy of our clients .
We also offer ceramics or sculpture classes, as well as Italian cooking lessons upon request.
Starting in 2025, the villa can host parties and weddings upon prior communication.
