The detached Friesenhuus Carolinensiel is perfectly located between the North Sea beach and the historic museum harbor, so you can easily reach both on foot. The house was completely renovated in 2023 and is surrounded by a large garden. Vacation Apartment No. 1 is the largest apartment in the house and can accommodate up to 4 people + 1 toddler. It offers plenty of space, a spacious terrace, and a modern maritime ambiance.

At Friesenhuus Carolinensiel No. 1, your vacation begins right at breakfast with fresh North Sea air and a breathtaking sunrise on the spacious terrace. The stylishly furnished vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the building and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people in its 56 m² of space.
Following a comprehensive renovation, the newly designed apartment has been available to vacationers since 2023, offering a modern atmosphere in a central yet quiet location. The vacation rental has been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association and promises superior comfort. As the largest vacation rental in the Friesenhuus, No. 1 is ideal for families, couples, or small travel groups who want a little more space to relax.
The spacious entryway with a coat rack ensures a pleasant arrival. From here, you can access the modern bathroom, which features a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and hair dryer.
The generously sized master bedroom offers a direct view of the dike and is furnished with a 180 × 200 cm double bed with an open footboard. New mattresses with two different firmness levels, installed in 2026, ensure a particularly restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with two sleeping areas, each measuring 90 × 200 cm. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains and fly screens on the windows.
The heart of the apartment is the bright and spacious living and dining area, measuring approximately 23 m². A cozy couch and comfortable armchairs invite you to relax. Entertainment is provided by board games, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system. The dining area seats 4 people and is directly adjacent to the separate kitchen.
The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a coffee maker (choice of pod or filter), a kettle, a toaster, and much more. Through the large kitchen window, you can enjoy the view of the furnished patio even while cooking. Especially convenient: The window works wonderfully as a serving hatch for a relaxed breakfast outdoors.
The spacious terrace is furnished and equipped with a patio umbrella—ideal for your first coffee in the morning, a shared breakfast, or relaxing hours in the fresh air.
The garden, complete with a grill area, an additional umbrella, and a spacious lawn, is available for shared use. From the spacious entryway of the house, you have access to the free laundry and drying room. You can conveniently park your car in one of the seven parking spaces right next to the house.
Cyclists are also very welcome here: The property features a free, lockable bike garage that includes an e-bike charging station.

Numerous playgrounds are located about 300 meters away. The Cliner Quelle spa center, featuring an indoor pool, saltwater pool, sauna area, and a wide range of wellness offerings, is only about 350 meters away. Thanks to its central location, you can easily walk to the historic town center of Carolinensiel with its idyllic museum harbor.
