A vacation right in the heart of it all, yet completely peaceful: Vacation Apartment No. 3 at Friesenhuus Carolinensiel is ideally located between the North Sea beach and the historic town center. This bright ground-floor apartment sleeps up to 5 people, features a private south-facing terrace with a beach umbrella, and is just a short walk from Harle, Cliner Quelle, the museum harbor, and the sea.

Friesenhuus Carolinensiel No. 3 is the perfect vacation rental for sun-seeking families or couples and features a bright living and dining area with direct access to the private south-facing terrace.
The stylishly furnished and completely renovated apartment is located on the first floor and offers 46 m² of space for up to 5 people + 1 baby. Since 2023, this modernly designed vacation rental has been available to guests seeking a seaside atmosphere, upscale comfort, and a quiet location right behind the dike. Enjoy relaxing vacation days, sunny hours on the terrace, and breathtaking sunsets over the dike.
The modern bathroom, featuring a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and hair dryer, is accessible via the invitingly designed hallway with a coat closet.
The open-concept living and dining area is particularly bright and inviting thanks to the many windows. Here, you’ll find a large sofa corner and a cozy armchair for relaxing. Board games, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system provide plenty of entertainment options.
The high-quality kitchenette is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a coffee maker (either pod or filter style), a kettle, a toaster, and much more. The dining table comfortably seats up to 5 people.
Through the large double doors, you have direct access to your private south-facing terrace with comfortable seating and a parasol. Here you can enjoy breakfast outdoors, soak up the sunshine, or wind down the day in a relaxed atmosphere.
The spacious master bedroom offers a stunning view of the dike and is furnished with a 180 × 200 cm double bed with an open footboard. New mattresses with two different firmness levels, installed in 2026, ensure a particularly restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom features a single bed and a bunk bed, each measuring 90 × 200 cm. This makes the room ideal for up to 3 children or, flexibly, for 2 adults. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains and fly screens on the windows.
The spacious garden, complete with a barbecue area, an additional umbrella, and a large lawn, is available for shared use. From the entrance area of the house, you have access to the free laundry and drying room. You can conveniently park your car in the reserved parking space right next to the house.
Cyclists are also very welcome here: The property features a free, lockable bike garage that includes an e-bike charging station.
The detached Friesenhuus Carolinensiel is located directly behind the dike, on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is surrounded by a spacious lawn. The Harle River, with its idyllic promenade, the historic Friedrichsschleuse drawbridge, and the middle dock for the historic paddlewheel steamer Concordia II, is just about 100 m away.
Numerous playgrounds are located about 300 m away. The Cliner Quelle spa center, featuring an indoor pool, saltwater pool, sauna area, and a wide range of wellness offerings, is only about 350 m away. Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach the historic town center of Carolinensiel—with its idyllic museum harbor—on foot. The North Sea beach in Harlesiel is also within walking distance—about a 10-minute walk.
