This stylishly furnished and completely renovated apartment is located on the first floor and has a floor area of 46 m². It has been available for rent since 2023 and can accommodate up to 5 people. The modernly furnished vacation rental perfectly combines maritime charm with upscale living comfort. Enjoy relaxing vacation days here, sunny hours on the terrace, and breathtaking sunsets over the dike.
The modern bathroom, featuring a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and hair dryer, is accessible from the invitingly designed entryway with a coat closet. The open-concept living and dining area is particularly bright thanks to the many windows. The high-quality kitchenette is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a coffee maker (choice of pods or filter), a kettle, a toaster, and much more. The dining table seats up to 5 people.
The living area features a large corner sofa and a cozy armchair. Board games, a flat-screen TV with Smart TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system provide plenty of entertainment options. Through the large double doors, you have direct access to your private south-facing terrace with comfortable seating. In addition, the shared garden terrace with a grill and additional seating is available for your use.
The master bedroom is spacious and offers a stunning view of the dike. It is furnished with a double bed (180x200) with an open footboard. The second bedroom features a single bed and a bunk bed (both 90x200). This makes the bedroom ideal for 2 adults or 3 children. Both bedrooms have a closet and blackout curtains.

The garden, complete with a grill area and a spacious lawn, is available for shared use. From the house’s spacious entryway, you have access to the laundry and drying room. You can park your car right next to the house in the reserved parking spaces.

The detached house “Friesenhuus Carolinensiel” is located directly behind the dike, on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is surrounded by a large lawn. The Harle River, with its idyllic promenade, the historic “Friedrichsschleuse” drawbridge, and the middle dock for the historic paddlewheel steamer Concordia II, is just 100 meters from the house. Numerous playgrounds (300 meters) and the “Cliner Quelle” spa center (350 meters)—featuring an indoor pool, saltwater pool, sauna area, and a variety of wellness offerings—are just a few steps from the front door. Thanks to its central location, the historic town center of Carolinensiel—with its idyllic museum harbor—and the North Sea beach at Harlesiel are both within a 10-minute walk.
