Drumgun Lake House

The location was very peaceful, at the bottom of a lane off a single track road. Popular lough for fishermen. Plenty of room to park. Beautiful sitting area out the back. Large kitchen, gas hob. Tastefully modernised house. main bedroom upstairs quite large and has a big wardrobe for storing suitcases. Loved the reclining sofa and netflix. Bathroom huge with bath and large walk in shower. We had a small issue that the owner sorted out within 30 mins. the owner was very responsive to any queries we had despite being abroad in a different time zone at the time we stayed. A list of alternative contacts was in the house should you not be able to contact the owner. Bed upstairs was very comfortable. We would love to go back in the springtime. there is a lot to see and do in the area- Donegal town is about twenty minutes away and there are beautiful coastal drives. the house was lovely and warm and there was plenty of hot water. the covered area out the back was a perfect spot for a cup of tea. Best place we have stayed in for along time.

we would have liked a file with some leaflets of things to do in the area/maps of the area.
