The Space:
Introducing Highview Villa, a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat elevated above Hampton Bays with expansive bay and ocean views. The main level features a double living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and an open, fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms are also located on this floor, including one with an ensuite bathroom and two that share a second bathroom. Upstairs, the private primary suite occupies the entire level and includes a walk-in closet and a private deck overlooking the surrounding water.
The lower level offers a comfortable den for lounging, along with an additional full bathroom. Outside, a private backyard is centered around a heated pool with a brick patio surround and Weber grill, creating an inviting setting for afternoons by the water and relaxed outdoor meals. Each room has its own heating and air-conditioning unit for added comfort.
Located just west of Southampton Village, the home offers convenient access to the bay just down the road, ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding. Hampton Bays’ beaches, marinas, restaurants, and other waterfront destinations are also within easy reach.
The Neighborhood:
Hampton Bays offers a relaxed, coastal Hamptons experience with easy access to both bay and ocean beaches, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and sunset views. Spend days exploring nearby spots like Ponquogue Beach and Tiana Beach, dining at local seafood restaurants and waterfront eateries, or enjoying boating, fishing, and kayaking along the Shinnecock Bay. The area also features charming local shops, casual cafés, and farm stands, while still being a short drive to Southampton Village for boutique shopping, galleries, and more upscale dining options.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $250 charge.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Please note that weekly mid-stay cleans can be arranged upon request with our partner for an additional $300 fee. Cleaning costs will be paid to them directly.
Security deposit
Stays up to 89 nights: $1,000 credit hold
Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
