Beautiful views, easy, check-in, responsive host. My brother wanted to watch college basketball and we couldn’t get the channel it was on, texted the host in immediately got a response.

The house is even better in person than in the pictures. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cookware, appliances, etc. and all of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. Treadmill and 10 lbs free weights were a nice touch. Water views are unbelievable. Jean Marc responded in a timely manner always.

We had a minor glitch when we first checked in, but Jean Marc was very apologetic and made it right. The house is beautiful; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family of four had a great time during our stay in Jean Marc’s rental house in Hampton Bays. The views are spectacular, the house is large and it had everything we needed. The master bath was amazing and the house was very bright and open. Since it was Spring Break, it was still a little cold to enjoy all the outdoor spaces, but we would hope to return at a future time to enjoy the pool, deck and patio. There is a road that runs down behind the house that can be a bit loud when the cars are speeding, but it does not take away from the enjoyment of the views across the bay!Jean Marc was very easy to work with, was flexible with our check-in due to approaching coastal storm and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. Overall, it was a great house, in a great location, with an owner who was very helpful that we would highly recommend to all.
