The house was great! Plenty of space and Linda had everything we needed (towels, floats etc).

We stayed at the house for my father’s 75th birthday. We had 13 guests and the house was able to accommodate us all. The pool was wonderful. Everyone loved the floats. We did have to turn on the heater manually. We thought it would be on before we arrived. Also, the listing said there was a hot tub, but there wasn’t.
The house was stocked with a lot of cooking supplies, which made making meals easy. The location was great. We visited the bay a few days while there.
Linda was fast to reply to when I had questions. I would suggest making guests aware of any scheduled maintenance crews who may be coming to the house. That way guests can plan their stay accordingly.
The temp in the house was tricky to manage and varied by floor.
All that to say, the house was great and my family and I had a wonderful time.

The house was really lovely! Very clean and spacious. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. Overall a really nice trip. As other comments mentioned, AC zone control is a bit off. We had some trouble turning on the grill but eventually figured it out. Additional fee for pool heating.
