Jay was very thorough, responsive, and helpful in providing information about the house and the area. The house was spacious and clean with plenty of comfortable sleeping space for all 13 people in our group. All promised features (the hot tub, the video games, the gym equiptment, then kitchen appliances, the fire place) were working, clean, and in good condition. The property was lovely and I'm sure it's especially great in warm summer months.

We just had a bachelorette weekend at this residence and it was amazing! The owner Jay was very attentive, helpful, and kind through out this whole experience. The home on arrival was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, organized, and I absolutely loved the decor! This whole experience from start to finish has been wonderful, I would 1000% recommend renting at this residence. You will NOT be dissappointed. Thank you again to the owner for letting us share his home for the weekend 🤗
