Welcome to your newly refurbished home in Hampton Bays. This home is a perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the Hamptons have to offer! Located just steps away from historic Shinnecock Bay, you'll be able to enjoy endless water activities such as fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. If you're looking to soak up some sun and sand, the ocean beach is just a short 5 minute drive away. World class wineries, shopping, and restaurants are all a brief drive away from this centrally located home. The property sits on 1 acre of land and has a fully fenced in backyard. Every amenity has been meticulously thought of to provide the most entertaining and comfortable experience as possible.

Great stay - house just as described. Perfect for two families. Clean and comfortable (including the beds!). Host thought of all the amenities house guests would desire including pool floats, kayak, a second refrigerator, grilling tools, smart TVs in all rooms, fun family board games, and even motion-activated night lights! Zach was a great communicator and cares about maintaining his lovely, spacious home and property.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Zack was a great host...easy to communicate with...fast to respond. Home was lovey....clean, well kept, with great amenities. Family had a fantastic time!
