Newly Renovated Hamptons Home Near the Beach

This property is perfect for a family getaway. It allowed my family to spend time together under one roof with plenty of space and bathrooms to make our stay comfortable. The decor is modern and clean. The proximity of this residence to top restaurants, Cupsogue Beach and other parts of The Hamptons made this an ideal choice.

What started as a way for 3 generations to reconnect during COVID became an annual tradition of renting a place in the Hamptons for an extended stay. This house was perfect- plenty of room for all to work remotely/separately but also to be together for meals, movies, game nights. Even though it was cold in Nov, we still enjoyed the large, private and well maintained back yard. The only negative is the front steps which were without railings and a bit steep for a 88 yo to manage without assistance.

House was clean, appliances were new, and there was good communication with the owner.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The home is clean, stylish, and well-appointed. We were greeted with a thoughtful note and a lovely bottle of wine to celebrate our son's college graduation, the graduation was the reason for the vacation by the beach. This five-bedroom home was spacious and comfortable for our group of 7 adults. The bathrooms and showers are beautiful and the rain shower head turned each shower into a spa day! The finished basement with its workout center, and large screen TV was the perfect place to chill, play a game of pool and watch a movie. Brand new washer and dryer are so convenient. In fact, everything is brand new and beautiful! Centrally located, the beach was a quick drive over the bridge; we drove to Montauk for the day too. I highly recommend this home, Gianluca is a very gracious host, and we thoroughtly enjoyed our stay. We'll be back! Thank you!
