With breathtaking lakes and hiking trails just 10–20 minutes away, this newly remodeled studio is ready to welcome you home.
Little Blue Side Studio is a petite but fully equipped 265 sq. ft. studio, tucked away as one of three separate units on a residential property. If you're looking for a simple, comfortable home base with a local feel, this is it.
We are located just a 15 minute walk from Prescott’s historic downtown square and Whiskey Row, making it incredibly easy to stroll over for morning coffee, dinner, or the live music and craft markets on the weekends.
The Core Features:
A comfortable queen bed, closet, dresser, and TV. The small loveseat also folds out, making it a nice spot to lounge or a handy extra bed for a child.
Remodeled with granite countertops, a full-sized stove/oven, refrigerator, and microwave. It’s fully stocked with the essentials if you prefer making home-cooked meals.
Bathroom & Laundry includes a standard bathroom layout with a stacked washer and dryer tucked into a dedicated laundry cubby.
