Welcome to Salmikankaan Kelo C3, a cozy kelo-log terraced apartment (48 + 15 m²) in the peaceful Salmikangas area of Rukatunturi. Built in 1991 with a fireplace renewed in summer 2022, this warm silver-pine home suits families and outdoor lovers. It offers a private electric sauna, a fireplace, free Wi-Fi and international TV channels, and dogs are warmly welcome. Ski lifts are 2.5 km away, the golf course 25 km. Recommended for 4 guests, with room for 4 + 1 if needed.
The apartment is laid out across the ground floor and a loft.
Living room & Kitchen: The living room offers comfortable seating with a television, satellite channels including French and German, DVD equipment, a CD player and a radio, alongside the fireplace renewed in the summer of 2022. The separate kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster, plus a dining set for 6 people.
Bedrooms & Loft: The bedroom has a double bed. The loft has two beds, and an additional mattress is available for a child if needed.
Bathroom & Sauna: The washroom area includes an indoor toilet, a shower, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a hair dryer. Directly connected is your own electric sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
Outdoor area & extras: Parking is available on site with an electric car heater plug (1 outlet), and a wood shed with firewood is included. An iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment are provided, and a cot and a high chair are available on request. Please note that this is not an allergy-free apartment; dogs are allowed.
Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
