Enjoy a peaceful stay in this kelo log terraced house apartment (43 + 7 m²) in the quiet Huttulampi area of West Ruka in Kuusamo. Suitable for up to 6 guests, it offers an open-plan kitchen and living room with a fireplace, a private electric sauna, and a loft sleeping space. Pets are warmly welcome. Ski tracks are 400 m away, the nearest ski lift about 1 km, the grocery store 1.2 km, and Ruka Central Square with its restaurants 3.5 km.
The apartment layout is distributed across the ground floor and a loft sleeping space.
Living room & Kitchen: The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen and living room with a fireplace, a TV, a radio and a CD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave oven and an electric kettle. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment are provided.
Bedrooms & Loft: There is one bedroom with a double bed. The loft offers additional sleeping space on mattresses, bringing the total capacity to 6 guests.
Bathroom & Sauna: The washroom includes an indoor toilet, a shower, a washing machine and a drying cabinet for your outdoor clothes. Directly connected is your own electric sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
Parking: A parking area is available on site, including one car heating plug.
Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
