Built in 2006, it has three rooms across two floors and sleeps 5+2 guests, ideal for families. Highlights include a private electric sauna, a fireplace, a balcony and a remote workstation. A hiking and snowshoeing trail starts 100 m from the door, the Royal Ruka restaurant is 300 m away, the Kelorinne slopes 1.2 km, and the SALE Ruka Market and Ruka village centre 1.8 km away.

The layout spans two floors: the hallway, WC and sauna/washroom on the entrance level, the open-plan living room, kitchen and two bedrooms upstairs.

Living room & Kitchen: The upper level has a bright open-plan living room and kitchen with a fireplace, a TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A remote workstation with a small electric standing desk and saddle chair is available; a children`s travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Bedrooms: The two upper-level bedrooms offer one 120 cm double bed with one 80 cm single bed, and a double bed. A convertible sofa bed in the living room adds two more sleeping places.

Bathroom & Sauna: The entrance level has a separate indoor WC and a sauna/washroom with a private electric sauna, shower and washing machine. A clothes drying cabinet, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning tools are provided; the apartment has mechanical ventilation.

Outdoor area & Parking: There is a balcony and a wood storage with firewood included, and the area is lit by streetlights. Parking is on site with a heating plug, and slow EV charging via the car heating socket costs 10 € per day.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
