Enjoy a bright and spacious stay in this planed log semi-detached apartment (62.5 + 24 m²) in the peaceful Itä-Ruka (East Ruka) area of Vuosselinrinne, just 600 metres from the Vuosseli ski lifts and slopes. Built in 2004, it is a popular choice for families and winter sports enthusiasts, offering a private electric sauna, a warm fireplace, an air source heat pump for summer cooling, and a pet-friendly policy.
The apartment layout is distributed across the ground floor and a spacious loft.
Living room & Kitchen: The ground floor offers a spacious and bright open-plan living room and kitchen combination with a traditional fireplace and comfortable seating with a television, DVD player and CD player. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and electric kettle.
Bedrooms & Loft: The two bedrooms each have a double bed. The loft adds four more beds: two separate single beds and a double bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests.
Bathroom & Sauna: The washroom area includes an indoor toilet, a shower, a washing machine, a drying cabinet for your outdoor clothes and a hairdryer. Directly connected is your own private electric sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment are also provided.
Outdoor area: Step outside onto the porch/terrace to take in the fresh Ruka air. The property has its own parking space with a car heating plug, and a wood storage with firewood available for the fireplace. Please note that EV charging is not possible at the property.
Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
