Bright, spacious 94 m² home in Espoonlahti, a calm seaside neighbourhood at the western edge of Espoo. Three bedrooms, seven beds (eight with the included air mattress), and a separate guest bathroom — comfortable for families and small groups who want room to spread out.
The apartment is steps from the sea and the trails of Marinkallio. Local shops, parks, and bus connections to Helsinki are close by. Pet-friendly, with a washing machine for longer stays.

📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments.
🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. Hosting parties is not allowed. If we receive any complaints from neighbours, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board will incur a €1,000 fee.
🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.
🐶 Pets are allowed but must be added to the reservation, and having pets on the reservation is subject to an additional fee. Undeclared pets will result in a payment of 300€. Any damage caused by the pets is fully reimbursed by the guest.
👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland, a way to reduce noise and protect property.
👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged.
🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited.
🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night`s stay for the next guest’s stay.
