Welcome to Coastal Keepsake, our family’s oceanfront getaway in St. Augustine. Tucked away in the quiet neighborhood of Butler Beach, just 15 minutes south of historic St. Augustine, it’s the perfect spot for sun, sand, and easy beach days. Wake up to the sound of the waves, grab your coffee, and catch the sunrise over the Atlantic. With ocean views and the beach just steps away, vacation mode starts the moment you arrive!



Newly Renovated



Fully renovated in 2026, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath beach house features brand-new furnishings, beds, and finishes throughout. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed plus a single bed. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. At the heart of the home is a brand-new kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and everything you need for meals at home. The bathroom has also been completely renovated with fresh, modern finishes. For added convenience during your stay, the home also includes a brand-new washer and dryer. An open-concept living area offers plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to gather around the large TV, share a meal, play games, or simply spend time together, all with the Atlantic Ocean just outside your back door.



Oceanfront Outdoor Living



One of our favorite features of Coastal Keepsake is the outdoor deck, which stretches across the ocean-facing side of the house and wraps around a large portion of the south side. Start your morning with coffee while watching an unforgettable sunrise, settle in with a book and the sound of the waves, or simply relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. Comfortable outdoor furniture provides plenty of room to unwind, and a picnic table makes outdoor meals with family and friends easy. Enjoy the BBQ or prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and dine outdoors with a view.



The Beach Is Just Steps Away



When you're ready for the beach, getting there couldn't be easier. A path directly adjacent to the house winds through the dunes to the sand, so you can spend your days swimming, lounging, or walking on the shoreline. And there's no need to pack all the bulky beach gear. We provide beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and a wagon to help carry everything down to the shore. After a day of sand and surf, rinse off in the private outdoor shower before heading inside to relax.



Whether you're planning a family or friends beach vacation, a relaxing coastal escape, or simply some much-needed time together, Coastal Keepsake is the perfect place to kick back, soak up the St. Augustine sunshine, and make some great memories by the sea!

Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.

• All guests staying at one of our Properties by Portoro homes are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.

• Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.

• All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.

• Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. All guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Wren Beach Rentals by Portoro.

• Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.

• Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.

• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

• We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.

• Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.

• Stays over 29 days, please inquire separately for terms and conditions.

• HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both St. Johns County and the State of Florida require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6.5% and the county requires 5%.

• This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.

• This home is pet-friendly. Please note, only dogs allowed and 50lb weight limit, up to 2 dogs per stay with the following guidelines. (This does not apply to service animals):

• $150 per pet, per stay. These fees are non-refundable.

• All breeds accepted

• Pet owners must pick up and dispose of pet excrement in the provided trash receptacles.



Interaction with Guests:

This home uses door code entry for self-check-in; your door code is sent by email and text 48 hours prior to arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request (subject to availability). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
