The Seascape - Key-West style home is the perfect setting for every Florida beach vacation experience. 3-min walk to our white sand beach - Private, sparkling clean pool located in the fully fenced backyard. Effortlessly enjoy relaxation at the beach, lounge all day by the pool, or drive 15-mins to downtown St. Augustine to explore the hottest restaurants, bars, and historical sites. The Seascape encompasses the true Florida beach lifestyle, as this beach retreat is equipped with all of the beach supplies that you will need for proper beach days including beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards ready to go for our guests! Convenience and high-end comfort for our guests are the focus at The Seascape. > -Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Ensuite full bathroom w/ Shower, Laundry Closet (Sleeps 2). -Kitchen: Full kitchen with all of the kitchen essentials for cooking + Dining table for 8, Kitchen island with 4 stools. -Living Room: Large L-Shape leather couch, Smart TV -Exterior: Front porch, Back porch w/ Dining set, Private pool. > -Master Bedroom: King bed, Ensuite full bathroom w/ shower/tub combo, Smart TV, Accent chairs (Sleeps 2). Guest Bathroom: Full bathroom w/ shower/tub combo located next to master bedroom and guest bedrooms on 2nd floor. Guests have access to the entire home. Check-in details will be available the morning of check-in. Guests will access the property with the front door smart lock. Located just south of St. Augustine Beach in the small community of Butler Beach - The community is quiet, easy-going, and an ideal getaway for those who want to explore St. Augustine. The beach is only a 3-min walk to Sea Oats Lane beach access. The street directly south of the home, Palmetto Road has a public boat ramp to the intracoastal waterway, which would be great to head by water to Matanzas Inlet or Downtown St. Augustine (Always be mindful of the tides). Restaurants and bars located to the north and south of the home which are easily accessible by vehicle. If the plan is to stay at the beach, you are a 3-min walk to our beautiful white sand beach. We are also an 15-min drive to downtown St. Augustine where the hottest restaurants, bars, and historical sites are located.

The house was pretty inside and had plenty of room for 7 of us and a dog. Loved the open floor plan downstairs for hanging out. Close walk to the beach was awesome for afternoon walks. We drove 4wd onto the beach most days and that was really cool. Beautiful sand and large beach. Beds were comfy. The master bedroom upstairs was nice but you could hear the traffic from the road since this room is on the front of the house. A1A is a busy road. You couldn’t hear traffic much over the tv during the day but at night it was pretty loud. We still slept ok so not a deal breaker. There is some wildlife living in the wooded area behind the pool. Maybe armadillos. Our dog sensed something on our first night and kept trying to go back in the brush. We could hear some snorting. We had to watch her close and kept her away from the brush the remainder of the week. I think it’s protected land so nothing to do about it just a heads up if you’re bringing a dog. Kids enjoyed the pool. We had most of what we needed for cooking except mixing bowls. Just had cereal sized bowls. As far as food, Oasis is great and Violas was also good and both close. Publix grocery is about 5 minutes down the road. There is a First Watch, a Jersey Mike’s, an ice cream shop, a Taco place, Dunkin Doughnuts and a Starbucks. I would recommend this rental for convenience to the beach and restaurants and for the space in the home with comfy beds and if you want to bring your dog.

We had an excellent week at the yellow house! The house was in a good location and was exactly as shown online (very clean and organized). It was large enough for the whole family to share time together and still have their own spaces to rest. We are so glad that we could bring our dogs with us. The fenced yard was great to keep the dogs safe because the house is located on a busy street. Our favorite part was the pool. We spent time in the pool every day. It was great. The hosts communicated by email and text and assured us that they were there for us whenever we needed them, but we had no problems at all! Thank you for a vacation that we will always remember!

Great family vacation. We had a big group of 9 adults and toddlers. Plenty of space. Quick walk to the beach. We paid 10 to drive and park on the beach. Only recommendation would be to put a mattress topper or new mattress on the sleeper sofa. Family said they sunk into the middle and felt the bar in their back.
