Your perfect coastal getaway! Spacious 3BR/2BA home sleeps 8, just 0.2 miles from the beach. Relax in the pool, hot tub, or cabana with PS5, and grill at the outdoor station. Open-concept living, stylish furnishings, and modern amenities make this the ultimate spot for family fun and relaxation.

Conveniently located just 0.2 miles from public beach access and 0.4 miles from Palmetto Road Boat Ramp.
Guests will have access to the entire house minus two small linen closets.

Bedroom 3: Two twin over twin bunk beds
Cabana by the pool has a separate living space with a small fridge, board games and a PS5
Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during stay.
Pool is not heated.

The house was complete with everything! The house was very clean, in great condition, and looks like it was recently renovated/updated! Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. All the furniture was in great condition. The large couch in the living room was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers with the tankless water heater. This was ideal for us. We had our teenage daughter and 2 of her friends with us. Location was great. Only a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Only a 20 minute drive to the historic area. Large Master suite has a comfortable king bed. Master bath has a really nice walk in shower and dual sinks. Master suite was at the opposite end of the other 2 bedrooms for added privacy. Open floor plan with cathedral ceilings for the kitchen, dining, and living area that makes the house feel bigger. Backyard pool, grill, and cabana are very nice as well.The patio/pool furniture is in great great condition. Private outdoor show was perfect for getting all the sand off you after a day at the beach. The hosts were very quick to respond to any messages/concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Palmetto Place very, very much! The house was so nice! The beds were very comfortable. The supplies provided were much appreciated! Plenty of kitchen items to cook at home or grill out! The pool towels provided were also very nice to have! The backyard is so nice! My family enjoyed the pool and my kids loved the cabana! The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had. Plenty of beach items also provided!
