Welcome to our 4-bed, 3-bath home in sunny Butler Beach! Whether you seek lounging on a beach, having fun in the warm ocean or sightseeing America's oldest city - you'll be perfectly accommodated here

Short 10 min walk or 2 min drive in a 4x4 will bring you right onto the white sandy beach. Downtown St Augustine is a quick 15 min drive. Enjoy shopping and dining on famous St George St and many historical attractions and entertainment.

- 0.3 miles from Palmetto Road Public Boat Ramp
- 2 min. drive (10 min walk) from Matanzas Ave vehicle beach access

Entire island is very bike-friendly, you can get to shopping, restaurants and enjoy beach rides. We are 0.3 miles (7 min walk) to A1A Bike Works where you can rent bikes of all sizes

Guests have access to entire property

Exception: Owner's closet in one bedroom and owner's box in shed

Other things to note
- no smoking/vaping of any kind
- primary booking guest 25+
- we are in a very residential neighborhood, please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00AM
- no events, parties or large gatherings please
- kitchen island is a butcher-block top but please utilize cutting boards for meal prep
- trash pickup is on Monday morning so if you would - please roll the recycling bin and any utilized trash bins to end of driveway (thank you!)
