There is a children’s park 1 block from the home. The home is also conveniently located with a direct route to a protected pedestrian crossing for safe access across the A1A, to reach the beach. For a fun day at the beach, there are bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach wagons and beach toys available for use. There are many restaurants, and a grocery store (Winn Dixie) within minutes from the home, with options such as Walmart or Aldi a short 15 minute drive away. The location provides quick access to the historic downtown, and other local attractions such as the St Augustine lighthouse, Amphitheatre, and the Alligator farm.
