This house was lovely to stay in. The view of the ocean from the top floor porch was stunning. We had my father with us and let him take the primary bedroom on main floor with kitchen and living area so he could be on one level for most of our stay. My husband and I took the second floor bedroom with private bathroom which was a great space for us. There were a lot of places to get away and be quiet which was ideal for our family of five adults. The walk to the public boardwalk was easy to access and well maintained. About a five minute walk. We would definitely stay there again.

Great property! Clean and spacious- the pool was perfect for our family. Walking distance to the beach. Quick drive into downtown. Would definitely rent again - great communication with property owners from start to finish. Highly recommend.

This house needs some work. All indoor and outdoor cushions are dirty/worn and need to be replaced. All indoor rugs need to be replaced. The stove has no markings left so you have to guess low/high and what burner the knobs are for. Lots of random things scattered in the pantry. Windows are dirty - see pic. There is no exterior lighting by the pool/firepit so you are in the dark. Also hard to get out there, so you end up not using it as much. The pool also looks larger in the pictures than it is in reality. Interesting construction work in several places where the door hits a cabinet or a floor tile. Overall, the house felt a little dirty. The bed and sheets were clean.
