This was the second time we have stayed here and I cannot emphasize how perfect it is for a small family of 4 with a dog. Quick access to the beach and a big backyard. Quiet neighborhood with a quick 5 minute drive to get driving beach access or 5 minute walk for walking beach access. There is a propane grill onsite available to use, if you like grilling. There’s a couple neighborhood gopher tortoises to see come and go from the big front porch.

Clean, interior exactly as pictured. Pet friendly. Easy access to the beach. Internet, wi-fi connection consistent. Host provided directions and responded quickly to any questions. Would book again.

The Pearl is a delightful cottage within a short walking from beach. The owners have elevated the charm of the original home with lovely stained glass and unique artwork. It is well equipped and stocked for guests and comfort. Pet friendly was perfect for us! The owners’ care is very evident and their communication with me was excellent; prompt, helpful and with wonderful detail both about the home and the area. Definitely recommend and look forward to returning!
