Pool heat is available during the months of November-February. There is a non-refundable pool heating fee of $176.25.
Requires 48 hours’ notice to reach full temperature
Please request in advance if you’d like it warmed before your arrival. Pool is set to 85 degrees when heated.
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

Great location and view. Balconies, kitchen/equipment outstanding. Great place for toddlers in spite of stairs- gates are in closet. Plenty of child toys and games. Best beach with access via walk across magical dunes. Pool was refreshing and perfect size for kids. Only distractions were loud volume from living area into bedrooms due to open floor plan (and we are not a raucous crew) and 2 Bedrooms with no BR access on their floor- took some trekking. The multiple stain glass windows are beautiful. The bidets on every toilet are a nice amenity. (Except for some first-timers!)We would have booked for next year at same time but already reserved!

Sand Castle is a nice location with only a five minute walk to the beach. The ocean view from the house is great! Our children enjoyed the pool which was heated as I requested. The house easily accommodated our family of 10 people, but would have been crowded at 15 (sleeping capacity listed). My major complaint was that the kitchen was unacceptably dirty. I cleaned on it for two hours before bringing in groceries, including washing out the entire refrigerator, throwing away opened food including a half loaf of bread, cleaning hair and crumbs from utensil drawers, etc. Thankfully, the property management sent Jenn over in response to my complaint. Jenn “saved the day,” and probably deserves a raise. She cleaned the oven and the grill, purchased new kitchen cloths, and was appropriately apologetic. The house also needs some basic plumbing maintenance (master bath sink sluggish, primary garbage disposal inconsistently not functional, master toilet hard to flush). Master bedroom quilt had what appeared to be blood stains. These things could be easily remedied and should be addressed if the company would like to see the review raised for this property. Because of the good location and great view, it could easily be made into a “5” with a little more work.
