Enjoy gorgeous beach views all day at Atlantic Splash, perfect for families with views from the second floor deck and a heated pool on the lower patio, all a few steps from the sand. The split floor plan with two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths upstairs, and one bedroom, a bath, and a downstairs living room with a daybed that can be enjoyed as two twins or one king bed, make this house perfect for families or groups. The upstairs space includes the main living area, kitchen, and dining, plus a large deck overlooking the pool and beach. Wake up to sunrise everyday over the ocean with your cup of coffee enjoying the ocean breezes! The downstairs living room is a perfect spot for the kids to hang out and watch a movie or play a game of foosball. An elevator provides the indoor access between the two floors; the outside deck stairs may also be used. The house comes fully stocked with kitchen supplies, so that you can cook at home, along with soft bath and beach towels, and crisp bed linens. Atlantic Splash is located on breathtaking, wide St. Augustine beach. Healthy dunes and foliage create a perfect place for spotting all kinds of wildlife. Watch for gopher tortoises along the beautiful path to the beach and dolphins swimming offshore! Enjoy a number of fine restaurants, plenty of bars, and local attractions and parks all within a few minutes' drive.
**PET POLICY: Only dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval.
***Note: The pool heater season is from November 1st - April 15th. Pool heat is available upon request. Pool heat must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Please inquire for pool heat fees.

We had a great time staying at St. Augustine Atlantic Splash. The house was very accommodating, with easy beach access and just a few minutes’ drive to everything we needed. I especially enjoyed early morning runs on the beach as the sun came up and relaxing in the heated pool afterward.
The home offered plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs, making it comfortable for everyone. The recommendations provided were spot on and very helpful. When we return to the area, we will definitely book this home again.

The house was clean and love sitting on porch and could see the ocean! Had everything you needed. It was so quiet and peaceful but the only thing was that the code wouldn’t unlock the bottom door we had to climb the stairs and go to that door and open it and come down to open the bottom door bc we had my mom and grandmother with us that couldn’t climb the stairs but other than that we had a good time.

So much fun at the Atlantic Splash! The location to the beach was awesome and the neighborhood adorable! We had our girls trip at the house that we have been taking for 20 years and really enjoyed having a house at the beach to enjoy together!
