About this house rental
Villa La Rosa Inglesa is a stylish and impressively spacious, four-bedroom villa, in a great location. Set in a popular area of Playa Blanca, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Comfortably accommodating up to eight guests, it is an excellent choice for families, or groups of friends, looking for a peaceful getaway, with plenty of space to unwind.
Ideally situated in a well-established residential area, the villa is just a short walk from the golden sands of Flamingo Beach, where you'll find a great selection of bars, cafés and restaurants. From here, the scenic seafront promenade leads all the way into the centre of Playa Blanca, and onward to the Marina Rubicon, giving you easy access to the resort's shops, Marina and many
more dining options.
INTERIOR
You enter the property via a beautiful courtyard, which is surrounded by mature, private, gardens. The large, glass, front door leads into a spacious hallway, and this leads into the two, open plan living rooms, kitchen, and dining areas.
Living Rooms:
There are two separate lounge areas designed for comfort, space and relaxation. The one has large, sliding patio doors, giving the advantage of light and the feeling of outside/inside living, with easy access to the pool and sun terraces. It also enables you to take in the wonderful view you have from this villa.The other lounge is spacious, with a wall mounted, Smart TV with satellite system (including BBC/ITV/CH4/Ch5 & all SKY channels available in Lanzarote), there is also complimentary WIFI.
Kitchen/Dining room
In the kitchen you will find a large dining table that will seat up to 8 people, plus a high breakfast bar area with further seating for 2.
This modern, large kitchen includes everything you need for a self catering holiday: An electric oven, hob, airfryer, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee machine etc.
There is a separate outside utility area at the back of the property where you will find the washing machine, and a drying area.

This Villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 with ensuites, all with air conditioning.
From within the main part of the villa:
Bedroom 1
King size master bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables, with lamps. There is an ensuite bathroom, with double wash basins, and a large, walk-in rain shower, vanity mirror and WC.
Bedroom 2
Twin room with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps. The bedroom has a window which looks out onto the front of the property
Family Bathroom (main villa)
The family bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over, wash basin, with vanity mirror, and WC.
PLEASE NOTE: - Bedrooms 3 and 4 are accessed from the lower pool terrace only, and via a small flight of steps which open up into a small area where you will find a kettle and coffee making machine. As there is no internal access via the main villa, these bedrooms would not be suitable for children that require supervision, unless parents or guardians were in the “other bedroom”.
Bedroom 3
King Size bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables, with lamps. There is an ensuite bathroom, with a walk-in rain shower, wash basin, vanity mirror and WC.
Bedroom 4
Twin bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables, there is an ensuite bathroom with walk in rain shower, wash basin, vanity mirror and WC.
EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terrace:
Outside, on the same level as the main villa, you will find multiple seating areas and tables, which provides plenty of private space to be found for you to relax and enjoy the sunshine and find shade throughout the day. Here you can also enjoy al-fresco dining, after the chef in the family cooks up a feast on the Canarian, brick BBQ.
The lower sun terrace has ample room for the 8 sunbeds provided and boasts the luxury of a hot tub for those of you who want to chill out, surrounded by bubbles. To finish off this great space the private swimming pool is approximately 9m x 3.5m, and 1.0m to 1.6m in depth, electrically heated (November to April inclusive), with corner step entry.
In the middle of this terrace, you will find the small stairway down to the lower level and bedrooms 3 and 4.
Pool Table
Around the back of the villa you will find the pool table, along with table and chairs and also the cupboard where the washing machine can be found. Another covered terrace is located in this area which is perfect for relaxing out of the sunshine.
OTHER INFORMATION
Location:
It is conveniently located in the Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca. Approximately a 10-to-15-minute walk to the beautiful Playa Flamingo Beach and amenities, and from there, a gentle stroll along the seafront promenade to, firstly, the Ferry Port and then on to Playa Blanca town centre.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off street parking for two cars and plenty of off-street parking for another. The villa is split over two floors and has many steps around the property.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 are charged at a supplement per person, per week. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
Cots and Highchairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item.
A refundable Damage Bond of 600€ is payable for this villa or Accidental Damage Waiver needs to be taken.
