Casa Indiana - LH110 By Villas Now Ltd

We had a great two-week stay in Casa Indiana. The villa was clean and welcoming on arrival. The pool area is really fantastic with lots of sunbeds. It was also great to have a seating area with shade. We had breakfast here in the mornings. There are loads of areas to relax and read a book from the large bookcase in the hallway. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning was so welcome. It's coin operated but we asked the villa company to top it up for us before we arrived. We also loved the welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits, wine, beer, and milk. We arrived late in the evening and popped to Baily Bar just five minutes down the road for dinner. There is a taxi rank just outside although we walked into town most days. There are two supermarkets, one directly over the road and one a little further at the Virginia Oasis complex. We all agreed we would love to return to Casa Indiana. It's a wonderful villa in a quiet area with plenty of amenities on the doorstep.

There were a few cockroaches making an appearance on the lower level at night. We used the bug spray before we went out for the day. It wasn't a huge problem, but might need investigating.

Lovely house with nice seating areas, outside table off the kitchen was handy, lovely pool, perfect for a crowd. Handy shop across the road, taxi rank 5 min walk down the hill, good service from management company when wifi wasn’t working. All in all a great house with lovely garden space and a fine pool.

Pool cleaners didn’t come the week we were there and the chemicals used in the pool irritated my daughters legs and gave her a rash which has never happened us on hols before. Villa is lovely but needs a little love, downstairs bathroom particularly tired. Some stuff is basic eg single beds not the most comfy, and kitchen ware could be improved as things like whisks,more salad bowls and oven dishes would be helpful.

The property was spacious, clean and great value for money.

Could do with some modernisation, furniture etc but that’s personal preference.
