The Space:
Villa Azure is a spacious and beautifully designed 4-bedroom villa with stunning sea views, generous living spaces, excellent entertainment facilities, and fantastic outdoor areas. It is an ideal choice for families and groups looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Playa Blanca.
The villa is arranged over two levels, creating plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. There are four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering flexible accommodation for families and groups. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, helping to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.
The fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully designed for easy holiday living and is complemented by a separate utility area with washing facilities. Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious dining area enjoys floor-to-ceiling patio doors that open onto a balcony overlooking the pool and surrounding coastline. From here, guests can enjoy beautiful sea views and the wonderful sense of space the villa offers.
The balcony extends onto a larger terrace, complete with a built-in BBQ and outdoor preparation area, creating the perfect setting for relaxed al fresco dining while enjoying Lanzarote’s beautiful sunsets.
Downstairs, the villa opens into a large open-plan living space featuring comfortable sofas, a TV area, and additional dining space. A dedicated games area includes both a pool table and foosball table, providing entertainment for guests of all ages.
Large patio doors lead directly onto the pool terrace, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor flow throughout the villa.
Outside, Villa Azure offers a generous terrace designed for making the most of Lanzarote’s year-round sunshine. The private heated swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and colourful established gardens, while the hot tub provides an additional space to relax and unwind after a day exploring the island.

Guests have full private access to the villa and outdoor areas, offering a comfortable and private setting throughout your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Villa Azure enjoys a convenient location in Playa Blanca, with a supermarket just a 2-minute walk away for everyday essentials. The popular Aqualava Water Park is approximately a 15-minute walk from the villa, making it a great choice for families.
The sandy beach of Playa Flamingo is around 1.5 km away, while the centre of Playa Blanca, with its wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops, and seafront promenade, is just a 5-minute taxi ride. Marina Rubicón, known for its waterfront dining, boutiques, and vibrant atmosphere, can be reached in around 10 minutes by taxi.
With excellent amenities close by, Villa Azure is perfectly positioned for both relaxing and exploring everything Playa Blanca has to offer.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.
A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special. Please ask for details.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Overall this is a great Villa in a great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants/bars with a taxi rank straight outside. The bedrooms were nicely apportioned and the downstairs living space with its pool and football table are a fantastic space. The wrap around outside area is fab and works really well as split levels. The balcony area is great for eating lunch or dinner and the poolside area has ample loungers, chairs day bed etc. The heated pool fun for all the family. However, the Villa is looking a little tired in places with some plaster coming off the walls and heavy wall marks - decoration throughout is probably overdue. The kitchen is too small with limited workspace. The fridge leaked and door shelves are broken. The dishwasher didn’t actually clean anything so we gave up and washed up by hand. The Villa was missing a few everyday essentials as a starter pack. No toilet roll being the biggest and most noticeable inconvenience and the towels, in particular the pool towels had seen better days.The hot tub was eventually a great addition though unusable for the first few days as it was filthy - this was sorted halfway through our trip. The wall side pool lighting worked intermittently. Did any of the negative points ruin our holiday - nope, it is just without them we could have had an even better time and for the money I would have expected slightly more.

Great villa. Large inside with large TV, pool table and table football. Kitchen well equipped. Outside - pool lovely but jacuzzi is to die for !!! 20 mins to sandy beach, blue clear water, bars and restaurants.
Living room air con not being coin operated. In such a classy villa - wasn’t expected.

A great clean, spacious villa that has everything you need! Outdoor seating spaces, bbq, pool & hot tub excellently done - fantastic!
The kitchen a little dark so not ideal if you want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen!

The villa had been well maintained. As usual the management team were very helpful and keen to ensure that we had a great stay. We have booked for the fourth year despite having decided we ought to go somewhere else next year because once we’d arrived, it was such a great place to be. Thank you to all the he team.
The downstairs shower leaks onto the bathroom floor which makes it difficult to keep clean.
