Hosts were lovely and very responsive. Check in and out was easy. Has great facilities amazing pool, hot tub was brilliant, air hockey table, washing machine. Loads of towels. Kitchens kitted out with everything you’d need. Great layout for two families upstairs and downstairs. Felt very safe and a lovely area.

I hate to say anything bad because we had a great time here, but as other reviews have said it needs some TLC. Couldn’t sit on outdoor couch and chairs as they are old and disintegrating. Few of Sun loungers around pool are worn & half broken, Smell in downstairs bedroom from damp patches (paint falling off) on wall was shocking, no air con in this room. Cockroaches getting in where damp is behind bedroom door (they gave us a spray which did help). Loads of little things that if fixed could make it a 10 out of 10. Downstairs couch needs a proper clean especially if people are sleeping on it( Villa only sleeps 8 comfortably) Better/more bedding (it’s just sheets), curtain poles broken, curtains old with holes in them. A hoover to clean up. No sink in kitchen downstairs. It’s all just maintenance.

The sunbeds need upgrading

Very spacious, super comfortable beds, air conditioning in almost every room, pool and a hot tub (perfect condition and temperature). Views were fantastic and the location perfect with a mountain and sea view. 20 minute walk to the stunning beach.

There were 2 situations that were making us feel uncomfortable. First one was that when we arrived at a property 15 minutes early (16:45) to check in, villa was not ready and cleaners were still in there. We were happy to wait but have had a quite rude call from the owner, saying that the villa is not ready yet and we shouldn’t be there. 16:57 we got a call back, telling the code of the key lock and that we can go in now. This is, in my view, poor customer service as we travelled all day, in the hot weather and this was the way we were greeted. The second thing was that our stay was disturbed by the owner as they needed to pick up a cot (baby bed) from villa whilst we were staying there. Of course, we were kind and agreed a time when they can do it. But again, I believe that this was wrong from the owners as our stay was disrupted.
