Our host met us but there was a key box even if they couldn’t be there

Very spacious, super comfortable beds, air conditioning in almost every room, pool and a hot tub (perfect condition and temperature).
Views were fantastic and the location perfect with a mountain and sea view.
20 minute walk to the stunning beach.
There were 2 situations that were making us feel uncomfortable.
First one was that when we arrived at a property 15 minutes early (16:45) to check in, villa was not ready and cleaners were still in there. We were happy to wait but have had a quite rude call from the owner, saying that the villa is not ready yet and we shouldn’t be there. 16:57 we got a call back, telling the code of the key lock and that we can go in now. This is, in my view, poor customer service as we travelled all day, in the hot weather and this was the way we were greeted.
The second thing was that our stay was disturbed by the owner as they needed to pick up a cot (baby bed) from villa whilst we were staying there. Of course, we were kind and agreed a time when they can do it. But again, I believe that this was wrong from the owners as our stay was disrupted.
