Pool area was great
Dangerous tiles at side of pool. At least 3 people fell, no serious injuries. Games room could be improved

this is a lovely property, ideal for a large group, we had 9 adults with no issues on space
it’s a little dated & could do with a refresh & there’s slight road noise
