Everything it ticked all of the boxes! Housekeeping were excellent, grounds exceptionally well maintained, pool area clean. Reception helpful. Large 2 bedroom bungalow, excellent size. Would recommend hiring a car from the airport for ease, we found this very convenient.
The water tank wasn’t big enough for a family of five to have hot showers after a pool day, this was not a problem for us, as we were pleased to cool down. However if we were staying in cooler months it would potentially be an issue. Do not let this put you off staying.

The property was very clean and a a very good size. We overlooked the car park , not great but ok. We were never advised about the building work at the Natura Palace. However this was a minor issue as the hours were not bad.
The other issue again was being charged for Air conditioning, I’ve looked back and it never mentioned we were going to be charged, it was free for first night but that was it.
I originally booked another apartment but changed it to Palmeras gardens because of the air condition. I feel it’s something that shouldn’t be charged for

Spacious and comfortable accommodation and the grounds are really well kept. The staff seem lovely too. Nice surrounds but the pool didn't look as good in real life, kind of run down.
I was surprised that you have to rent the air conditioner remote from reception, and it's not that cheap. Providing some coffee sachets or similar would have made all the difference to my stay.
