About this villa rental
This detached villa with VV licence is conveniently located with access to the sea front promenade. The heated pool is surrounded by furnished south facing terraces which provide a private area in which to relax, dine and enjoy the sunshine and a roof terrace to admire the sea and mountain views. Inside, the property is spacious and furnished to a high standard. The villa features a glass roofed central atrium lounge/dining area as well as a separate main lounge . The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and there is utility room with a washing machine. The three bedrooms and the lounge are air-conditioned. The master bedroom is en-suite with a walk-in shower.

The villa is in a great location in Playa Blanca. Spacious and well equipped. The host was initially very responsive. We had a few days with very bad weather during our stay which resulted in leaks in the dining and utility area of the villa. I let the host know straight away and was expecting a response, but unfortunately did not receive any regarding this.

The property was spacious, the pool was excellent. The location was just what we wanted close to restaurants and beach. Julie was a brilliant host.

We've had a lovely week at this villa. The villa is extremely well looked after and is spotlessly clean. It's in a private gated area which makes you feel very secure. It is literally a few steps to the coastal path where you can walk 5-10 mins either way to restaurants. We hope to return next year.
