About this house rental
Villa Papillon is a lovely villa in the Montana Roja area of Playa Blanca. Situated in a quiet location yet only 15 minutes walk to Playa Blanca and the beach.
The villa is on two levels. The entrance ground floor features an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom with ensuite and house bathroom is also located on this level.
The lounge has 2 leather sofas, satellite TV and patio doors leading out to the lovely outside terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and coffee machine.
The indoor dining area is large enough for all the guests.
The master bedroom has an extra large bed with patio doors leading out onto the upper terrace.
The ensuite bathroom has a large walk in shower.
On the lower level there are 3 further bedrooms with twin beds, two which can be made into large beds. One of the twin rooms has an ensuite bathroom and there is also an additional bathroom. All bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the lower terrace.
The outside area is large with a heated 6x3 metre pool, outside shower, sun loungers, parasols and BBQ.
There is also a roof terrace with fabulous mountain and sea views.
This is a lovely property which will suit families and friends wanting to have a fabulous self catering holiday.

Not the most attractive villa from the outside but the inside more than makes up for that.
Four double bedroom’s one of which was huge free standing fans in 3 rooms, beds are very comfy.
Lovely sitting room/ dining room with an ample kitchen area.
Outside dining table and chairs had plenty of shade,pool is great and there are some shady ares for sun beds.
Very quiet area with small shop attached to the Paradise Hotel selling basic groceries less than 5 mins walk away. Pool towels were included and also a few goodies in the welcome pack.
We have rebooked for later in the year

A nice place but we had a few concerns whilst staying. Mould was growing extensively in an upstairs bathroom and downstairs bedroom and was not cleaned up even when we asked. There are also undisclosed cameras in the lounge and downstairs. Bit weird imo. The lounge is a little tired and needs some investment in new amenities. Apart from that it is a very nice villa with great potential.
