Villa Sea Breeze Ocean View

Very clean , very spacious and had everything you could need. Communication was excellent throughout , shops nearby although a bit pricey best to shop near harbour (spar). Beautiful villa all in all, very happy with our stay.

In need of some TLC

The property is large, very good size. Good outdoor seats and tables. Very good entertainment/games room. Good ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms. Nice outdoor area with lovely views.

Location a little far from centre, a good 25 minute walk. The property is very tired. Dirty marks on the walls (squashed mosquitos etc), upon arrival the bedding on one bed was also dirty and message had to be sent to request it be changed. It was changed the following day, after a chase up message. Showers were generally cold. Our stay was for 1 week and the Pool was not cleaned until 2 days before we left, I feel that this should have happened half way through our stay, as it was dirty after day 3 with 8 people using it. The hot tub was not cleaned and the chemicals were not checked at all during our stay. The hot tub lid was filthy, and hot tub in general very tired. Kitchen is too small for the size of the villa. Kitchen facilities were not adequate to accommodate 8-10 guests, ie only 1 oven tray, only 3 wine glasses etc. There was a smell of sewage around the property. There is a refuse bin area close to the property so this could add to the smell. It was worse when it was windy.

Love the decor, spacious rooms , layout of the villa . I love the access the pool and hot tub . Very easy to use . Would definitely come back . Love the outside area .
