THE ACCOMODATION
TERA3 is in a brand new and secured residence.
It can accomodate 4 guests.
It features:
- A living room with a sofa bed (2 guests)
- A fully equipped kitchen (cooker hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishes and cutlery, cooking sets...)
- Bedroom with queen size bed (2 guests)
- Bathroom : bathtub, sink, washing/drying machine
- Separated WC
A furnished balcony with a view on a green area
Also included, without any additionnal fees:
- 1 secured and private parking space in the building basement, direct access with elevator (warning max height 1,95meters)
- Free WIFI connexion in the apartment
- Bedsheets and towels up to 4 guests
- For your children: Travel baby cot + chair booster seat
A second set of keys can be supplied ! Do not hesitate to ask for it when you check in. 🔑
⚠️ For hygienic reasons, we do not supply condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.), but you can find them at Auchan supermarket inside the Val d'Europe shopping center (10min walk).

Situated in the quiet Serris city hall area, you are still close to all amenities. Nearby: bakery, restaurants...
Only 100meters, shopping lovers will enjoy Val d'Europe shopping center and Vallee Village Outlet.

The keys must be collected at our agency between 3p.m. and 6p.m., Monday to Saturday.
Outside these hours and on Sundays and public holidays, the keys will be collected in a safe at our agency.
