Apartment for 4 guests on the top floor of a quiet, secure residence. Just a short walk from the Vallée Village outlet and the Val d'Europe shopping center (50 meters) and Disneyland Paris (10 min by bus/car, 15 min on foot)

Located on the 4th and top floor of a quiet and secure residence, the apartment includes:
- a living room (sofa bed, sleeps 2)
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes and silverware, kitchen utensils...)
- one bedroom (queen-size bed 160x200, sleeps 2)
- one bathroom: shower, sink, washing machine, and toilet
+ A balcony accessible from the living room and the bedroom!
Also included at no extra charge:
- 1 parking space in the residence’s underground garage, with direct access via the elevator (note: maximum height 1.90 m)
-Free Wi-Fi in the apartment
-Sheets and towels included for 4 people
-Available on-site for babies: travel crib

Clear communication with the hosts before arrival and we were able to check in early. Apartment was clean and just as described. Ideal place to stay for Disneyland Paris (20 mins walk) and the shops. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or book again.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. There was a main bedroom with hangers in wardrobe which was very useful, plenty of sockets in the room to charge up phones etc. The living room had a pull out sofa bed which we also used and left out for our stay.
Everywhere was clean and tidy and we felt safe in the apartment. Night times where quiet too.
Very useful location. Close to shops, train station and of course Disneyland!
The only thing I would say is, in the hot summer months I would imagine the place would be very hot, there was no air con and I didn't feel happy about leaving the huge doors open overnight in case animals or bugs came in the room.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom which we knew before we came so brought some pods with us to wash the clothes through in the week, this meant we could pack lighter. There was a clothes maiden to put the clothes on to dry too.
Overall I would definitely use the place again and recommend to friends and family.
