This unit sits on the north side of Southbay, a relaxing and quiet community on Destin's Emerald Coast. The property is split into north and south sections connected by a bridge over a beautiful small lake.

You're steps from the beach, and the whole community is open to guests: pools, tennis courts, gazebos, and the lake. Dolphins are a regular sight offshore, and on a good day you might spot sea turtles.

The location is central. You can walk to several restaurants, shops, and bars, and you're close to everything else Destin has to offer.

The unit:
Three bedrooms upstairs share two full bathrooms. Washer and dryer are included. There's a private outside patio, and it's a short walk to the 2 pools, lake, tennis courts, and beach.

House rules:
This is a quiet, energy-conscious community and we ask guests to respect that. No smoking inside, no parties. Each unit is limited to 2 vehicles**, no trailers, boats, or golf carts.
