The Terrace @ Pelican Beach Resort is a beautifully designed vacation complex set within a 15 acre tropical oasis located in the heart of Destin. This location puts you within minutes and even walking distance from many activities, restaurants & shops.

This resort complex has a private beach with pristine white sand and its emerald-green colored water. The Terrace not only has its very own great amenities including heated pool, hot tub & work out room but shares all amenities that the Pelican Beach Resort has to offer as well such as 3 more pools (1 is zero entry), 2 hot tubs, tikki bar, cafe, sauna, additional work out room, small arcade and tennis & pickleball courts. Why pay for ocean front when you can still enjoy it all but be in a quieter, less crowded building and pool area.
This spacious unit is decorated in a very comfortable and relaxing beach-like setting located on the 4th floor with a large terrace-like balcony which faces the pool & hot tub and overlooks a gorgeous lagoon style lake with fountains and views of the Gulf and amazing sunsets.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit features:
- one king bed in master bedroom
- one queen bed in guest bedroom
- master bedroom and living room open to balcony
Included are free panoramic wi-fi internet access, (3) flat screen TVs with Direct TV, washer & dryer, ceiling fans, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A beach cart, a few chairs & beach umbrella are also available for your convenience.

Check-in was super fast and easy and the condo was really nice. Easy 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach and we loved that we had access to all the beach and pool area of the Pelican but it was great that when we were done at the beach we could go to the pool at the Terrace that was less crowded. Definitely would stay here again, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful when I had questions

Wonderful stay! Parking was very easy, complex and amenities were very clean. My kids loved the pools and I used the work out room. Not a bad walk to the beach and nice to have a tiki bar for drinks and food very close. Personal beach set ups have to be behind the rented chairs and umbrellas and those at least in July are 5 or 6 rows deep. That was just fine with my family- just to note they start taking down unused set ups after 3:30 so as the afternoon goes on you get more of a view of the water. Unit was great- very clean and the kitchen had everything I needed and I cooked quite a bit. Like most rentals you want to make sure you bring and any paper goods and toiletries you need. We would come back and rent this unit!

The unit and grounds were very clean. The only thing that I was not to happy with was we could not set up our tent. No tents were allowed which made it hard having a 2 year old and a 4 mth baby with our group. We were not allowed to set up an umbrella near the water until after five. So if we didn’t rent an umbrella you could not see the water while laying out on the beach. Everything else was very nice.

The condo is a little outdated and could use some renovation of kitchen, updated mattresses, and general cleanliness of kitchen appliances and utilities such as pots and pans, and bedroom carpeting. The walkway to the beach is after you walk across two parking lots and that makes it harder with little kids.
