The Terrace at Pelican Beach Resort, is a luxury high rise in the Heart of Destin. It is located on the same property as Pelican Beach Resort, directly across from the Big Kahuna Water Theme Park. The building is set back from the beach about 250 yards, but there is no street to cross. It is part of a great resort with fantastic amenities. The Terrace at Pelican Beach Resort Building enjoys all the fantastic amenities the building itself offers but also unencumbered access to all of the Pelican Beach Resort amenities.

Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

The condo was perfect for my husband and our teenage daughter and her friend. My favorite part was the incredible view and balcony. The beach was close and it has a beach walkway that took about 5-7 minutes to walk. It’s centrally located and was very clean and easy check in and out. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our visit. We were there to visit my son in the Air Force. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful. My only suggestion would be, is to let the guests know in the email to go to the main building to check in.

We loved everything about the location. Friendly people. Shops and restaurants close by. Unfortunately the bed in our unit was horrible!!
Waking each morning with back and other body pain for a month is certainly not expected considering the price we paid. The pain limited us from doing other activities on many days.
