19 Encinas is a home that has been lovingly renovated, designed for families and quiet groups seeking privacy, space, and absolute comfort. Just 50 minutes from Madrid and 20 from Segovia, in the Los Ángeles de San Rafael residential community. A haven surrounded by nature where you can breathe deeply and truly unwind.
SPACE AND LAYOUT
• DAYTIME AREA:
- 25 m² living-dining room with large windows, a wood-burning fireplace for winter, a TV, and comfortable sofas for family time.
- Separate, fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, utensils, and kitchenware.
• SLEEPING AREA (Up to 6 people):
Our bedrooms are named after the birds that visit us every morning in the garden. All feature quiet wooden ceiling fans for total comfort on summer nights:
- Alondra Room (Master): Large double bed (160 cm), built-in closet, and a quiet desk area in case you need to work remotely.
- Blackbird Room: Double bed (150 cm) with relaxing views of the natural surroundings.
- Owl Room: Two single beds (90 cm) designed for a cozy night’s rest (can be pushed together upon prior request).
• BATHROOMS (Newly renovated):
- Master Bathroom: Spacious, modern, and newly renovated, with a large walk-in shower (200 x 90 cm) and a glass shower enclosure.
- Guest Restroom: A second, very practical restroom with a stylish boutique design.
• OUTDOORS AND GARDEN (2,000 m² private):
- Huge, private, fenced-in lot for your exclusive use.
- Brand-new private pool (available from June through September).
- Fully equipped porch and charcoal barbecue area.
- Pets welcome! (Upon prior request and in accordance with garden rules).
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Located at the foot of the Sierra de Guadarrama in Los Ángeles de San Rafael (50 minutes from Madrid, 20 minutes from Segovia, and 40 minutes from Ávila). The community offers:
- Hiking and biking trails (Garganta del Río Moros, Cueva del Valiente, pine forests).
- Reservoir and yacht club (kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, cable skiing, jet skis).
- 18-hole golf course, padel, tennis, equestrian center, and spa.
- Restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket within the residential community itself.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
• Heating and fireplace: The house has heating in all rooms and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room for the colder months.
• Pool and garden: The pool is for exclusive use. As this is a recent addition, the surrounding vegetation is still taking root. Use of the pool is the responsibility of adults.
• Barbecue: Subject to official fire prevention restrictions issued by the Regional Government of Castile and León on days of extreme heat.
• Peace and quiet: 19 Encinas is designed for families and quiet groups. Parties, noisy events, and loud music outdoors are not permitted.
• Legal registration: In compliance with regulations, we will request guest registration (ID card/passport) prior to arrival.
