About this villa rental
Beautiful, spacious mansion on a large private property in one of Spain's most exclusive gated communities. Set in a lush forest, it offers many activities: a big outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, hiking and biking tracks, and a prestigious Theater and Music Festivals of Las Navas del Marqués and of La Antigua Mina, both lasting all summer. At only 75 km. from Madrid.
The house has an indoor surface of 350m2 and is built on a fenced private property of 6200m2.
On the ground floor there is: a large, double-height living room with a fireplace, tv and billard table, and with access to the large covered terrace with garden furniture and a dining table for 10; a glass conservatory with a large dining table for 8; a fully equipped modern kitchen with a fireplace and a small dining; a washing room; a full bathroom; and the double master bedroom with a large bathroom ensuite (with a yacuzzi tub and a shower cabin), and a direct exit to the covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, a sitting area and a gas barbecue.
On the second floor are a balcony-corridor overlooking the living room, 2 double bedrooms (one of which with a sofa on which a small child can sleep), and a full bathroom with a bath tub.
The house is situated in one of Spain's most beautiful and luxurious gated communities, in a large forest with lakes and with lovely villas spaced generously. Guests can make use of the large, 33x12 m. salt-water outdoor swimming pool, of the tennis courts, pingpong tables, of several playgrounds and of the social club and restaurant. The house has 2 bicycles at the disposal of guests.

We loved the villa! Very spacious, clean and quiet. Nice touches like a bottle of wine and some milk to welcome us. Location was good near to Las Navas Del Marques which has plenty of shops and half an hour from places like Avila and El Escorial. We also visited Segovia, Salamanca and Toledo. The villa is in a private residential area. So it’s quiet and very safe. Very good instructions provided about the villa and local area. Would highly recommend!

This home is on a dirt road in Cuidad Ducal, a community of gates homes near the town of Las Navas del Marques. We used this as a base to drive to Avila, Segovia and Toledo for day trips. The home was clean and comfortable. We were able to relax in front of a fire in the evening. The setting was peaceful and quiet. Esteban was friendly and informative and was able to address our needs quickly. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful home in a very private neighborhood. The photos do not do this home justice; it is much more elegant, clean, and well-situated than a picture can capture. I will say you do need a car. While there are advantages to staying outside of Madrid (about 1.15 hours) for access to the nearby supermarket and restaurants, one needs a vehicle despite the short distance. There is no other way to get to this town with the restaurants and supermarkets without a vehicle.
Regarding access to Madrid and other nearby locations, there is a train station about a kilometer from the home, which is a lovely walk and easy access to Madrid; however, if you are traveling with luggage, the walk to the train is not convenient. Nonetheless, if you do not plan to carry luggage, the walk is nice, and the train is a convenient way to access Madrid without dealing with traffic. Finally, the property caretaker, Esteban, was absolutely a delight. He made every effort to make our stay comfortable and assisted us with all requests. Of all the times we rented a VRBO home, we have not had this level of service. If you are Looking for a quiet stay in a beautiful area with nearby historical sites, this is the place for you. ¡Muchas gracias, Esteban por su atención y asistencia!

La casa es cómoda y acogedora. Lo mejor, el jardín! Fuimos dos familias con niños pequeños y disfrutamos mucho tanto la casa como los paseos por los alrededores.
